Portuguese GFive Development enters Ukrainian market

GFive Development, a Portuguese international real estate consultancy, has announced plans to enter the Ukrainian development market. The company will hold a presentation in Kiev and is to focus on the retail real estate segment.
The company's representatives pointed at the Ukrainian market as one with great development potential, where the vacancy rates of retail premises are still very low and lease rates relevantly high.
The company is currently working on a plan to develop a retail park in Odessa.
