Five participants in Illichivsk port reconstruction tender announced

The Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry has named the companies which will take part in a tender for the reconstruction of Illichivsk harbour. These are Azerkorpu, an Azerbaijani construction company, FCC Construction, a joint venture consisting of SA (FCC), a construction and environmental services company based in Spain, and ALPINE Bau GmbH, an Austrian construction group, Sinohydro Corporation Limited, a Chinese engineering and construction company, and a partnership consisting of Josef Mobius Bau-Aktiengesellschaft, a German construction firm, and Hi Raise Constructions, a large Ukrainian construction company.
The project will be implemented with the help of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and involves the reconstruction of three berths and work to make other berths deeper.
