HT Property Development launches retail gallery in Lvov

On 10 December the Estonian company HT Property Development opened a retail gallery called Opera Passage in Lvov.
The gallery takes up 3,000 m² and is located on four floors of the seven-storey, 19th century building in Svoboda Avenue. The main tenants include an Opera Market delicatessen store, a La Piazza Italian restaurant, a Brocard perfume emporium and the Leopolis Hall restaurant. Other retailers include OGGI, Chartage, Vicino, Les Montres Suisses, La Perla, Monte Napoleone and Chicco.
The main investors in the project are the Finnish concern Kusinkapital Ab and HT Property Development. The Ukrainian company HT Ukraine is the developer.
