Podillya to build 30 houses in Vinnitsa by the autumn of 2010

The Ukrainian construction firm Podillya is planning to build 30 houses in the Akademichesky District of Vinnitsa by the autumn of 2010. The construction work is due to begin in the spring.
The overall project includes the construction of 100 houses, each taking up between 140 m² and 250 m² and will take three years to complete. In 2010 Podillya is planning to invest up to €17.1m in the construction of residential property in the city.
