Novaya Linia to open three stores in 2010

The Ukrainian DIY retailer
Novaya Linia is planning to open three stores in the country in 2010,
Russian Construction Review has learnt. The stores will be located in Sevastopol, Bucha (in the Kiev Province) and the village of Kotovskogo (in the Odessa Province).
The opening of stores in Dnepropetrovsk and Donetsk previously planned for this year has been postponed until 2011. In addition, next year the retailer intends to launch a 16,000 m
2 store in Kiev, which will require an investment of €10.8m.
By mid-2010 the company plans to raise about €15.8 to expand its chain and launch
private label goods.
At present, Novaya Linia operates 14 stores in Ukraine.
