Clubhouse Group Holdings to build hotel in Kiev

Clubhouse Group Holdings (of the British Virgin Islands), the developer of the three-star 7 Dney hotel chain in Ukraine, is planning to build a new hotel in Kiev. Construction is to begin in October or November 2010, subject to an improvement in the situation on the market and the raising of funds for the implementation of the project.
The proposed hotel is included in a state programme for the country's preparation for the Euro-2012 tournament. It will have between 10 and 12 storeys and 200 rooms. It is estimated that the construction of the hotel will cost €14.3m.
At present, there are three 7 Dney facilities in Ukraine, located in Kiev, Zaporozhye and Kamenets-Podolsky.
