Kievgorstroy to begin €44m construction

In April 2010 the Ukrainian builder Trest Kievgorstroy-1 will begin construction of a four-star Park Inn hotel in Kiev. The hotel will be part of the planned Square of Europe district in the city.
The six-storey hotel will comprise 100 rooms and is scheduled to be completed by April 2012. The hotel is part of the city’s preparations for the UEFA Euro 2012 finals.
Kiev’s new Square of Europe district will occupy 4.9 ha and will comprise 25 three- to five-floor buildings (total 30,000 m²), a school, a children’s nursery and a service centre. The project requires the investment of €44m.
