The London Stock Exchange has reported that the Ukrainian developer XXI Century has sold stakes in three of its projects, involving logistics complexes, in Odessa and the Kiev Province, and the Kvadrat retail centre in Donetsk, for $2m. The buyer is a local development company but it has not been identified. Both logistics complexes will take up 94,844 m² (in Odessa) and 154,335 m² (in the Kiev Province), and the Kvadrat retail centre will take up 55,200 m² at most.
