The construction company Contact-Investopened the new Victoria residential complex in the centre of Kiev in March 2010.
The residential complex consists of two 25-floor buildings which take up 67,000 m², along with two 6-storey buildings which will house offices, retail infrastructure, restaurants and medical facilities. The company has already sold 90% of the 436 apartments.
The construction of the residential complex began in 2007 and cost approximately €26.7m.
