Contact-Invest to build new housing estate

Evgeny Chernetsky, the director of Contact-Invest, has announced that the company is planning to build a housing estate in the Osokorki District of Kiev.
The economy class project will include 20 two-storey houses taking up 1 ha between them. One house will take up 80-120 m² and will cost no more than €100,000. The company will invest its own funds in the implementation of the project, and the first houses will be completed by the spring of 2011. The amount invested has not been disclosed.
