Within the next two years, the construction of the highest hotel in Ukraine, a 34-storey edifice, will be completed in Kiev. The total height of the building will be 120 m.
The hotel will ultimately belong to the Swissotel Hotels and Resorts group. The company constructing the hotel, KDD group, has just signed an agreement with Swissotel for the management of the hotel part of the building, once the construction process has been completed. The hotel will have 513 rooms, 14 apartment suites, a conference centre, SPA and fitness-centre, as well as eight-level underground parking for 815 cars. The building will include a business centre for 17,000 office workers. The roof will host a helipad.
