The Swedish company Heritage Properties International is planning to acquire a controlling stake in the Kiev based development company K.A.H. This has been approved by the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Service.
K.A.H., which owns 50% of Vant, is the development company responsible for the construction of the Diamond Hill luxury residential complex (49,500 m²) in Kiev, which began in February 2008 and is due to be completed in December 2011. The complex will contain 131 apartments, a fitness centre and underground parking for 299 cars.
In 2007 Heritage Properties International acquired 50% of Mandarin Plaza, which built the Mandarin Plaza office centre in 2004 and the Parus business centre in 2007. In 2008 it purchased a controlling stake in Ukrainskaya Torgovaya Linia, which is, at present, developing an office and hotel complex in Kiev.
