Construction of more than 20 office projects frozen in Kiev

The construction of more than 20 office complexes in Kiev has been suspended. Only 19 office centre construction projects are continuing. The amount of newly built office space in Kiev in 2010 may not reach the 160,000 m² initially forecast by developers and will definitely not exceed 50,000-60,000 m².
In total, about 1,640,000 m² of office property are on offer in Kiev. During H1, 2010 the bulk of demand was for offices taking up 50-100 m², 300 m² or more.
