Investment-Construction Group about to complete Fresco Sofia project

The Investment-Construction Group is planning to complete the Fresco Sofia club house in Kiev by July 2011. Construction work began in October, 2008. The company is now carrying out the construction of the overground part of the building. The house is located in the Shvchenkovsky district of Kiev.
The building takes up 22,250 m2 in total, including 6,000 m2of underground two-level parking for 100 cars. The house will contain 45 apartments, including a number of luxury apartments taking up 180 m2 and 280 m2, along with several 550 m2 penthouses. The club house will also have a 200 m2 music salon and a fitness club with a 20-metre swimming pool and spa-complex.
