Fifteen land plots in Zaporozhe will be released for lease and for sale via an auction which will take place on the 3rd of September. The city plans to lease 11 land plots and to sell four. The initial payment for the lease right of two land plots of 0.43 and 0.42 ha each may bring into the city budget UAH 424,000 ($53,731) and UAH 387,000 ($39,042) correspondingly. For the lease right of a land plot of 0.2 ha that is allotted for the construction of a multi-storey house, it will be necessary to pay UAH 95,000 ($12,038). Most of the land plots assume a ten-year lease period. However, some land plots can be leased for 20 years.
Ten plots will be released for auction for the second time. Among them there are two large land plots, of 6.6 ha each, released for sale with the initial price of UAH 10m ($1.27m) and UAH 8.5m ($1.08m). Both land plots can be used for the construction of social infrastructure facilities.
