	City Council Building Reconstruction Starts.
	Planeta - Bud won the bid solicited earlier this year. Reconstruction of the Kiev's City Council Building is started. Reconstruction includes renovation works from the first to the fifth floor. Main part of the project is the renovation of the City Hall to increase number of sits. Planeta - Bud scheduled to finalize the project by the end of January 2007.
