ICC Ukraine-Canada starts construction of Olympic-2 housing complex in Dnipropetrovsk. |

Ukraine-Canada ICC (International Construction Company). Started construction of housing complex Olympic-2 in Dnepropetrovsk suburb Yubileyny. The complex consists of three 16-18 story buildings. Total area of the complex is 46,000 sqm. There will be 264 apartments, including luxury two level condos on the upper floors. A recreation center with a swimming pool, indoor parking, and office center will be located next to the complex. Bank Aval is providing mortgage services for this project. In the frame of the program "Credit for Dwelling" minimum down payment will be 15%, with a prime interest of 12.5% for 20 years. Mortgage, as a general practice, just started in Ukraine. Bank Aval has experience in this business, and particularly on the first stage of Olympic project. General contractor is Turkish - Ukrainian company Ozar Ak Yapi. The architect of the Company is a Professor of Istanbul Technical University Dr. Sinan Mert Sener. |
